Earlier, it was reported that Sonakshi and Zaheer will have an intimate wedding in Mumbai in the presence of family and close friends. Now reports are saying that Zaheer and Sonakshi will have a registered marriage and a reception will be held for friends and family on June 23.
The news of Sonakshi's wedding comes just a month after the release of the Netflix series' Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar '. He played the role of Fardeen in the film. While there is no official confirmation about the celebrations, a source close to Sonakshi's family told news agency that the news of the wedding is true.
A close friend of Sonakshi told Zoom, "I have received an invitation to celebrate the couple's wedding on the evening of June 23. But it doesn't tell us anything about the real deal. His friend further said that the couple has already registered the marriage or can do it on the morning of June 23. But there will be no grand celebration, just a party."
